Danielle holds a Diploma in Accounting (SOA), Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Certificate IV in Training and Assessing (SOA) completing her qualifications at Charles Darwin University. She is a  Xero accounting software specialist.

She commenced her career in the finance industry in 1999 with a Finance Brokerage firm,  arranging finance contracts for self employed people to purchase motor vehicles, plant and equipment.

She also worked for the Australian Tax Office - Activity Statement Exceptions division, so she knows the common mistakes people can make when completing ATO forms.

Danielle has a knack for numbers, bringing order to confusing data and keeping people organised.

During her years in the finance industry, Danielle has seen that the clients are great at doing their trade but lack the back office support to stay on track. Due to this, many clients did not have up to date financial records.

It was from this common complaint that Blue Collar Bookkeeper was born!
